Eliminate back and forth with auto-scheduling

Many of you have been sharing how much time scheduling clients can take. That's why we're launching auto-scheduling. Here's how it works:

1. You accept a tattoo request
2. Your client selects availability on your calendar and pays their deposit.
3. That's it. You're booked!

You can finally say goodbye to the back and forth. To turn on auto-scheduling, go to your Profile tab and switch scheduling to auto-scheduling. Make sure to add your availability and block off time in your calendar to prevent clients from booking you into conflicts. Interested in trying out auto-scheduling? Try Venue for free. FAQ

How do I add my working hours?
Go to the Profile tab and look for Availability. You can set your working hours there. Any days and times you aren't available won't be bookable.

How do I block time on my calendar?
You'll see a new Calendar tab when you log in. Hit the "Block Time" button and start creating blocks (vacation, personal appointments, etc) where clients can't book you.

What if I want to maintain control of my calendar?
You can keep it as is! We know every artist has their own preferences. If you prefer to keep scheduling the same, stay on "managed scheduling".

Do you have Google Calendar integration?
Not yet, but we're working on this! We understand that you block off time on your personal calendar and will be launching calendar integration to keep your tattooing calendar and personal calendar in sync.

How much does auto-scheduling cost?
It's free! Auto-scheduling is included with your booking link.
