You can now chat directly with clients in their booking request.

Chat has finally slid into your books. With Chat, it's easier to:

• Keep the conversation in one centralized place. No more fishing for the email thread or mad scrolling through DMs to recall what was discussed before the appointment.
• Ask for more clarification, reference photos, or suggest different times before booking.
• Get a vibe check on your client. Easily filter out those tire kickers who aren't serious about booking.
• Give your clients a more casual and personal experience without falling back to DMs. Many clients want to talk to the artist directly but DMs make it hard to stay organized.

FAQ

Can we upload images to chat?
Yep! We know clients change your mind or you need to share a sketch with them. Chat supports image upload to make communicating easy and in one place.

When can I chat with a client?
Chat is enabled as soon as a client submits a booking request with you. To message your client, tap into the request and hit "Chat" on the top nav.

When can a client chat with me?
Unlike DMs, a client can only chat with you after you send the first message. They cannot start a chat with you unless you do it first.

Is there a mobile app coming?
Yes! With Chat, we know those email notifications can get hard to manage. We're working hard on an iOS app to make managing your bookings even easier.
