Terms and Conditions
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY FOR THE PARTICIPANT TO REGISTER. THIS IS NOT A RANDOM DRAWING.
To be eligible for the VENUE MERCHÂ PACKÂ GIVEAWAY (the "Campaign"), the person must, at the time of participation:
By participating, the Artist (“You”) agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Venue as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.
The Campaign begins on January 19, 2026 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on March 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST (the "Campaign Period"). All referrals and qualifying transactions must be completed within this timeframe.
To earn the Reward (defined below), You must complete the following three (3) steps during the Campaign Period:
A. Refer Three (3) New Artists and tag them in our social media post: You must refer at least three (3) distinct individuals ("Referees") to the Venue Ink App using your unique personal referral link. You must comment on the official "Merch Pack Giveaway" post on the Venue Instagram account (@venue.ink) and tag every artist You have referred in that comment. See the post here.
Deadline for Qualifying Action A: Referrals and commenting must be initiated by January 31, 2026.
B. Booking Qualifier: To qualify for the Reward, at least three (3) of your Referees must become "Active Users." An Active User is defined as a Referee who:
Existing Referral Bonuses: Participating in this Campaign does not affect your eligibility for standard Venue referral rewards. You will receive the Campaign Reward in addition to any standard referral bonuses or financial incentives You normally earn under the Venue referral program.
Participants who successfully meet all criteria in Section 4 will receive:
Taxes & Duties: The Venue Merch Pack does not have any monetary value, but The Recipient is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, including any customs duties, VAT, or import fees required to receive the Reward in their country. The Reward is nontransferable. No substitution of Reward or request for the cash equivalent is permitted.

This is not a random drawing. Every eligible Artist who completes the Qualifying Actions will receive a Reward, while supplies last.
By participating, You understand and agree that Venue, anyone acting on behalf of Venue, and Venue’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your name, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
By participating, You agree to release and hold harmless Venue and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Campaign and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any reward or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Campaign.
This Campaign is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Campaign, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Campaign, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Toronto, Ontario having jurisdiction.
