NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
To be eligible for the Venue Friday the 13th Sponsorship (the "Campaign"), the person must, at the time of participation and award fulfillment:
By participating, the Artist (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Venue as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.
The Campaign begins on January 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM EST and ending on February 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST (the "Campaign Period").
To enter the drawing, You must complete both of the following actions during the Campaign Period:
A. Publish an Event & Receive a Booking:
Note: Published events that receive zero bookings by the end of the Campaign Period do not qualify.
A. Social Media Engagement:
Limit: One (1) entry per Artist. Multiple Artists at the same event can earn multiple entries.
Five (5) Winners (the “Winners”) will receive a Venue Sponsorship Package consisting of both Cash and Physical Goods.
A. Cash Sponsorship (Value up to $1,000 USD)
B. Merch & Content Kit
Conditions of Payout: To receive the full Prize value, the Winner’s Venue account must remain Active and in Good Standing throughout the payout period.
To unlock the second installment of the Prize ($500 USD), the Winner must post the following content to their Artist Social Account no later than February 28, 2026:

Failure to provide these deliverables by the deadline will result in the forfeiture of the second installment.
Winner(s) will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Venue.
By submitting the "Sponsorship Deliverables" (photos, videos, recaps) described in Section 6, You grant Venue a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, edit, display, and distribute said content for marketing and promotional purposes on Venue’s social media channels, website, and advertising materials.
By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Venue and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Campaign and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize; (ii) technical failures of any kind; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Campaign.
This Campaign is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Campaign, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Campaign, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Toronto, Ontario having jurisdiction.
