Terms and Conditions
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility
To be eligible for the Venue Dream Machine Giveaway (the "Campaign"), the person must, at the time of participation, including when the Prize (as defined below) is awarded:
- Be a new or existing “Artist” on the Venue Ink App in good standing defined in Artist and Owners Terms of Service;
- 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) as of the date of entry;
- Not a resident of excluded jurisdictions where this Campaign is prohibited by law;Â
- Not an employee of Venue, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”);
- Meets the requirements set out below.
2. Agreement to Rules
By participating, the Artist (“You”) agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Venue as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.
3. Campaign Period
Entries will be accepted starting on December 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM EST and ending on December 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST (the "Campaign Period").
4. Qualifying action
To participate, You must first tap the "Register" button within the Venue Ink App during the Campaign Period. Once registered, You earn entries via the following methods:
- A. 1 entry per eligible dollar processed: For every $1.00 (or its equivalent in your local currency) processed through the Venue Ink App during the Campaign Period via eligible deposits or payments, You will receive one (1) entry.
- Definition of Eligible Transactions: "Eligible dollars" are defined as deposits or payments processed through the Venue Ink App using Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit or debit cards, or Buy Now, Pay Later (“BNPL”) services (including Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay, or Clearpay), where the resulting payout to the Artist is processed via Stripe.
- Local Currency Tracking: During the Campaign Period, the Venue App may track and display your progress based on your local currency volume.
- Final Normalization (USD Conversion): To ensure fairness across all global regions, the final number of entries allotted to You for the drawing will be calculated by converting your total accumulated local currency transaction volume into USD at the conclusion of the Campaign Period.
- Exchange Rate: The conversion will be determined using the prevailing exchange rate as of the Campaign End Date (Dec 31, 2025).
- Example: If You processed $10,000 HKD, and the exchange rate at the end of the campaign is $1 USD = $7.80 HKD, your final entry count for the drawing will be adjusted to ~1,282 entries (USD equivalent).
- Exclusions: Tips and gratuities processed through the app are excluded and do not generate entries.
- Refunds and Chargebacks: Any refunds or chargebacks You incur during the Campaign Period and Prize selection period will automatically be deducted from your final number of entries.
- No Cost to Entrant: Artists using the Venue Ink App have the option to pass processing fees directly to their clients. Therefore, earning entries does not require a direct financial payment from You, provided You utilize the "Client pays" feature.
- B. New Artist Bonus: If You are a "New Artist" (defined as a user who has not previously processed a deposit or payment on Venue prior to the start of the Campaign Period), You will receive 500 bonus entries upon processing your first eligible deposit or payment during the Campaign Period.
- C. Social Media Bonus I (Instagram): You may receive 500 bonus entries by completing the following social media actions:
- Locate the official Giveaway post on the Venue Instagram account (
@venue.ink) or within your Venue account; - Comment on the post specifying your "dream machine" model; AND
- Share the post to Your Instagram Story, ensuring that You tag
@venue.ink in the Story so the share is visible to Venue for verification.
- Requirement: You must have an active, verified Venue Ink App account to receive these entries. Venue reserves the right to DM You on Instagram to confirm which Venue App account the entries should be credited to.
- Limit: One (1) Social Media Bonus per Artist.
- D. Social Media Bonus IIÂ (Instagram): You may receive 250 bonus entries by completing the following social media actions:
- Locate the post on the Venue Instagram account (
@venue.ink) or within your Venue account; - Comment on the post explaining why You want a specific machine (e.g., Bishop, Cheyenne, Kubin, or any dream machine); AND
- Tag the official brand account in your comment.
- Requirement: You must have an active, verified Venue Ink App account to receive these entries. Venue reserves the right to DM You on Instagram to confirm which Venue App account the entries should be credited to.
- Limit: One (1) Social Media Bonus per Artist.
Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Venue.

5. Prize
The Winner(s) of the Campaign (the “Winner”) will receive:
- One (1) of ten Tattoo Machines of the Winner's choice (the “Prize”).
- Winner may select ONE specific model and color, subject to availability.
- Maximum Retail Value: $1,500 USD (MSRP) including shipping costs to the Winner’s address.
Taxes & Duties: The Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, including any customs duties, VAT, or import fees required to receive the prize in their country. The prize is nontransferable. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Limit one (1) prize per Artist.
6. Odds
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received (total transaction volume converted to USD processed by all registered participants).
7. Winner Selection and Notification
Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Venue.
- Announcement Date: Winners will be announced on or about January 16, 2026.
- Notification Method: Winner will be notified via Direct Message (DM) on Instagram, Email and/or Phone Number associated with their Venue account.
- Claiming the Prize: The Winner has fourteen (14) days from the time of award notification to respond with their machine choice (Model/Color) and shipping address. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 14 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.
8. Rights Granted by You
By entering this giveaway, You understand and agree that Venue, anyone acting on behalf of Venue, and Venue’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Venue and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Campaign and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
10. Disputes
This Campaign is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Campaign, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Campaign, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Toronto, Ontario having jurisdiction.
