We want you to use Venue's new Payment feature. We think you and your clients will love it when you try it, so we're paying you to use it for the rest of February.
Promotion Period. From February 3, 2025 at 12:01AM ET to Feb 28, 2025 at 11:59PM ET.
Eligibility. To be eligible for the Promotion, the person must be a new or existing artist on Venue.ink with the account in good standing at the time of participation.
Qualifying Actions. To qualify for the "Can We Tip You?" promotion, eligible artists must receive a qualifying payment on Venue during the promotion period. Payments paid through Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit card, or financing (Affirm, Klarna, or Afterpay) qualify for this promotion.
To remove any ambiguity, only payments requested through the Payments tab qualify for this promotion. Deposits do not qualify.
Bonus. The Bonus for every qualifying payment is 5% of the subtotal of the payment. For clarity, if the qualifying payment's subtotal is $500, the eligible artist receives a $25 bonus.
For even greater clarity, here's an example:
Total service cost: $600
Deposit paid: $100
Subtotal: $500
Client tips: $100
Bonus given will be $25, calculated on the subtotal
Delivery of Bonus. The total Bonus will be sent directly to your connected bank account on Stripe by March 14, 2025. If for whatever reason we cannot transfer directly into an artist's connected bank account on Stripe, we'll contact you over Instagram for your Interac eTransfer (Canadian artists), Zelle (US artists), and Wise (rest of the world artists). If you do not provide an account to manually send your Bonus to by March 31, 2025, your Bonus will be forfeited.
All Venue account(s) must be in good standing at the time the Bonus is sent. Unclaimed Bonuses, unresponsive communication, or Bonus forfeiture will not be rewarded and has no cash value. The Bonus remains subject to change, at our sole discretion. Venue reserves the right, for any reason and in its sole discretion, to substitute and/or modify the Bonus with another prize that is of equal or greater value.
General. Venue reserves the right to amend, withdraw or restrict the Promotion at any time without notice. Venue is the sole arbiter of these rules and any other issue arising under the promotion. If Venue suspects fraudulent or abusive behaviour, gaming of the system, inappropriate, offensive or derogatory language or information or a violation of these terms, Venue reserves the right to remove all Promotions from the Venue account(s) and take any other action it deems appropriate including, but not limited to, removing the Bonus from the Venue account(s) or closing the Venue account(s). This Promotion is only valid for individuals that meet our eligibility requirements.
